Meet Tom – Founder of The Cave Academy
A certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner with an NCFE CACHE Level 2 qualification in Understanding Children and Young People's Mental Health.
With over 20 years of experience as a business consultant & coach, I’ve honed my skills in sales, coaching and project management, while holding various senior leadership roles. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully helped build a number of small, medium & large size startup businesses from the ground up, recruiting young adults with or without formal education helping them grow in their roles and achieve their ambitions.

We are all on our own journey and everybody has different preferences of contact & connection. I only work 121 for this reason and each service is qualified from an inital free 30min discovery session.
This gives us both an opportunity to get to know each other and access your goals & challenges and ultimately determine whether the work i offer is suitable for you.
Pricing is designed to be bespoke around the individuals affordability & circumstances but most importantly their needs & objectives
Guardian & parents are also welcome and i do provide separate discovery sessions with parents of young adults if required
