A certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner with an NCFE CACHE Level 2 qualification in Understanding Children and Young People's Mental Health. With over 20 years of experience in the leisure industry as a business manager, director & consultant, I’ve honed my skills in sales, project management, and senior leadership roles, including executive director positions. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully helped build & scale many startup businesses from the ground up, working and learning from many world class CEOs and Executives.
One business involved playing a leading role in the project management of a £15 million turnover business in 3 years from conception.
As a proud father of two boys, aged 13 and 8 and from being a young professional and working with many young adults over the course of my career, I understand the unique challenges young adults face in life today. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am a dedicated music producer, channeling my creativity into a business that fuels my artistic spirit. My journey hasn’t always been easy, I’ve battled chronic depression, anxiety, low self-worth and failure. At my lowest, I was fortunate to have an opportunity to work with an incredible life coach who helped me change my personal and professional direction and reclaim my life and happiness.
Inspired by my own transformation, I founded The Cave Academy Inspired by the Works of Plato's Allegory "the Cave" from the works of the Republic.
The Cave Academy has been designed to provide a safe haven for young adults navigating similar struggles i faced in my late teens, 20s & 30s.
My work always kept me using my skill sets at a corporate and professional level. It was only until recently that that i discovered that my skill sets and experience can significantly help young adults who are struggling or just need help of direction.
The Cave Academy was designed & created for young adults but acts as a beacon for all ages who have lost hope.
At the Cave Academy, I aim to empower you to discover your true potential, equipping you with the tools to thrive both personally and professionally. Together, let’s embark on a journey of healing, growth, and transformation.
The Academy is designed to be the support mechanism for making you fulfill your dreams and turning those into reality.
Every one who meets and spends time with me has a support mechanism for life . This is a fellowship of support for all young adults and offers a light to the ones that cannot see it or who have lost personal purpose or direction.
I remain humble & thankful to have been presented the opportunity to build the Cave Academy and send eternal love to who provided me the same support & tools of change.
The time is now to carry their flame & honour their legacy with a hope it inspires others to do the same .
